Who are we?

We are two hard-working sisters, Helen, Marcela. With different personalities, characteristics and life experiences, we each share a common passion for art and creativity. Together, we created MindyWindy, a company that has brought us to share something more than our relationships as sisters and best friends.

We believe that greeting cards and invitations are more than pieces of folded paper and fancy designs. We value the tradition of putting important messages to paper. Cards are a perfect way to do that; they are visual and allow you to share your feelings and landmark life events with your family and friends. MindyWindy cards should open a magical channel to communicate and express feelings, thoughts and emotions. Throughout our creative process, we work hard and laugh often, something that we hope you see reflected in our work.

MindyWindy is the instrument through which we have the honor to be part of your most special moments and life unforgettable events. That is why we take the great care to give you our best and make every attempt to exceed your expectations. We offer you access to high-end stationary with creative products of the highest quality. Whether ordering only a few cards or a few thousand, we understand that our clients demand impeccable and precise attention to every image, letter and detail.

I’m Helen. I love my job. I’ve been working as a graphic designer for the last ten years. During this time I have had the pleasure to work in various design capacities for the largest regional publishing company in Central America, with experience in newspapers, magazines and other media design. In the past seven years, I’ve been working in the business of social stationary creating what I know to do best; invitations, announcements and greeting cards.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my two cats, Gordito and Frufru, who are always next to me when I’m designing. I also love to workout, with running and swimming as my passions.

Hi there! I’m Marcela. After earning my degree in early childhood development, I moved from Costa Rica to Florida. After working for several years in education and administration, I began working towards my master’s degree in Marriage Counseling and Family Therapy. I love to study how people communicate and express emotions. I also have a passion for contemporary art and design.
When I am not working and studying, I spend time doing the things that I love the most, like cooking, watching films and spending time with my husband and my two poodles, Luna and Conga.
